When you sign up or request an audit, we collect:

• Name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Industry/trade and website URL
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card details)

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and Google account ID from Google.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and manage your services (website, hosting, SEO, SMS)
• To communicate with you about your account
• To send marketing messages (you can opt out anytime)
• To improve our services

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• ClickSend (SMS delivery)
• Google (if you sign in with Google)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers in Australia and the United States. We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 12 months after cancellation.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for website functionality. Google Sign-In uses cookies managed by Google. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
