Gateway 360 provides website design, hosting, Google Business Profile setup, SEO, social media management, SMS campaigns, and related digital marketing services ("Services").
Services are billed as a one-time setup fee ($777 AUD) plus a recurring monthly fee ($98 AUD). Monthly fees are charged on the same date each month. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.
You may cancel anytime with no penalty. Upon cancellation, your website and services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos). Gateway 360 retains the right to display your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate Australian law.
We aim for 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, Google) or events beyond our control.
Gateway 360's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost revenue or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
